The Fasnachtzunft Ryburg was founded in 1923 with the aim of cultivating carnival customs. The guild now has around 200 members, including Gugger, mask and float makers, a costume group and tambourines. The tambourines first appeared in 1947 and today consist of a colourful 60-strong group united by one thing: A love of drumming. The repertoire of the Ryburger Tambouren goes beyond the traditional ordnance and Basler drumming. While concert drumming compositions are diligently practised at the highest level in preparation for a drum competition, the focus during the carnival season is on rehearsing show, percussion and polyphonic pieces. in 2006, 2010 and 2018, the Ryburgers were able to celebrate the section Swiss championship title in the highest class.
In 2017, Schlebach AG built 15 new wooden drums for the young tambourines of the FZR Möhlin. We also build all personalised wooden drums for the club members. We are delighted to be able to support the tambourines with our services and expertise on their way to musical excellence.
