The Glarner Tambourenverein Näfels was founded in 1938 and today has over 50 active members. The core section drums at regional and national competitions, extremely successfully in the highest category and offers various entertainment programmes for every occasion - a mix of entertainment, humour and drumming precision at the highest level. Performances at general meetings, village festivals and as special guests at entertainment evenings are just as much a part of the annual programme as the annual appearances at Sechseläuten or the Näfelser Fahrt.
Back in 2013, Schlebach AG had the honour of manufacturing 25 new wooden drums for the Glarner Tambouren from Näfels. Since then, the Tambourenverein Näfels has been a regular customer of Schlebach AG and also purchases the aluminium drums for the young and regular tambourines from us.
