The wide range of courses offered by the Baar Music School includes the learning of over 40 different instruments, including the opportunity to train as a drummer. After basic training on the Basel drum, drum lessons at the Baar Music School cover a wide range of rhythm literature and instruments. In addition to traditional drumming, students also learn polyphonic compositions, compositions with percussion accompaniment and experimental excursions.
Since 2013, Schlebach AG has been responsible for the drums at the Baar Music School, either by building new aluminium drums in various sizes or overhauling the existing instruments.
